Check out the directory on ConservativeTherapist.com to find other libertarian friendly therapists. I greatly value the connections I've made with clients and other therapists through this directory.

I frequently refer to the Nonviolent Communication process as it is a useful model for communication and introspection.

How I Found Freedom
How I Found Freedom in an Unfree World by Harry Browne.
A libertarian self-help book. Are you intrigued?
The Selfish Path to Romance
The Selfish Path to Romance by Edwin A. Locke and Ellen Kenner
I LOVE talking about selfishness because I believe it is a healthy and important part of human behavior and it has such a bad rap! Read this if you're interested in how selfishness could improve your relationships.
Breath by James Nestor
I would recommend this book to anyone. Essentially, our faces are growing wrong because the powers that be made our food too soft and easy to chew,* so our jaws are weak, our mouths are small, we choke on our tongues at night, and we can't breathe properly! Is it all part of a master plan to make us weak, tired, and dependent on soft, processed food??
* The part about the powers that be is a joke, but I'm not joking about our faces and our breath being messed up. To start being less messed up close your mouth, breathe through your nose, and read this book.
www.tedandbarney.com
Get this and thank me later. I am not affiliated with them in any way, but I consider myself to be an unofficial Ted and Barney's ambassador. This seasoning makes most anything you should be eating taste better without any weird ingredients.
Enter libertariancounselor.com in the notes field at the end of your order. You won't get anything, but maybe someday they'll send me a hat, which would make me an official ambassador!

Recent data suggest that about 40 percent of Americans self-censor, and about 40 percent of college students report being very or somewhat reluctant to discuss a controversial political topic. But if a friend or colleague were to ask me for a referral for a patient who had been attacked for having unorthodox political views or for a patient who was closeted about her political beliefs, I wouldn’t know where to look.
